Appointment Policy
No Show/ Cancellation Policy
At Magnetic, we maintain a 24-hour Cancellation/No-Show Policy to ensure timely appointments for all guests and to honor our providers’ time. Any appointment that is either a no-show or canceled within 24 hours will incur a fee as listed below, which will be automatically charged to the credit card on file:
- Injectable appointment: $75
- Skin Health appointment: $50
All patients with a history of three no-shows or late-cancel appointments will be required to prepay in full for future services when booking. The prepaid amount is nonrefundable if the no-show or late-cancellation policy is violated. If the appointment is rescheduled within 24 hours, the amount will be credited to the account for future visits.
We value both our patients’ and providers’ time, and no-shows or late cancellations leave us without enough time to fill potential openings. The Magnetic team appreciates your understanding of our cancellation policy, which helps us continue to provide the best care while respecting everyone’s time.
Refund Policy
Retail Products
Products are not eligible for refunds. If a product is found to be defective, it may be exchanged within 14 days for the same item.
Gift certificates are final sale and cannot be refunded.
